Hand scrubbed each tile with care. Rinsed with care and applied solution to help prevent further mold and moss growth.

Ivan came out to my house the same day I reached out to him, sent pictures of the roof and a quote along with an explanation of the treatment. In addition to the moss growth/debris on my roof, he noticed that some exposed nails were not properly sealed. He was able to treat the moss, clean the roof, put a preventative solution on, and sealed exposed nails and gaps that could’ve led to leaks and bigger issues the following week. He was super responsive and helpful and the before-and-after pictures show what an incredible job he did, it exceeded my expectations and my roof looks great. He even offered to power wash my driveway and entryway. I would definitely recommend Ivan and would use him again! (I’ve incudes before pictures showing the gross growth and after pictures without)

Ivan’s work quality, professionalism, responsiveness: 6 stars. Cost: 50% lower than competitors. Pre-contract research: Ivan was the one consummate pro. His work quality exceeded all expectations. (n.b., other providers use high-pressure cleaning that can damage gutters and drains and blow harmful algae and mold onto plants, outdoor furniture, etc.) Our roof and walls are clean, and our 30-year-old home and once-algae/mold-covered roof look new.
