Reviews from our customers

Smooth process arranging the cleaning, and he delivered high quality work at a great value. I highly recommend Ivan, I would certainly work with him again.

Ivan was very professional and diligent. He came and worked (in the sun) for the better part of 4 hours. He removed the moss that we had and he cleaned our gutters. The results are that our roof is in an improved condition. I would highly recommend him to any homeowner.

Ivan did a great job servicing my roof and gutters! 10/10 Recommend!

Hand scrubbed each tile with care. Rinsed with care and applied solution to help prevent further mold and moss growth.

Ivan came out to my house the same day I reached out to him, sent pictures of the roof and a quote along with an explanation of the treatment. In addition to the moss growth/debris on my roof, he noticed that some exposed nails were not properly sealed. He was able to treat the moss, clean the roof, put a preventative solution on, and sealed exposed nails and gaps that could’ve led to leaks and bigger issues the following week. He was super responsive and helpful and the before-and-after pictures show what an incredible job he did, it exceeded my expectations and my roof looks great. He even offered to power wash my driveway and entryway. I would definitely recommend Ivan and would use him again! (I’ve incudes before pictures showing the gross growth and after pictures without)

Ivan cleaned our roof of moss. He also did some roof repair work he noticed needing to be done. Did a great job!!

Ivan was on time, communicated well and offered competitive pricing. He Performed all the tasks that were included in the quote. I’m Very satisfied with his work and definitely recommend him.

We hired Ivan to clean our 2-story roof and to manually remove & treat it for some moss removal. We would hire him again — he responded promptly to our inquiries, provided a reasonable quote and stuck to the quoted price, and worked very hard to complete the job. He did a great job and has even offered to come back in a month to check how our roof responded to the treatment. Thank you Ivan

Ivan provided an awesome and top-notch service in spite of short notice and early time call.

Ivan did a remarkable job! I thought it was impossible to ever see the concrete around our home beautiful again…… Ivan managed the impossible very meticulously!! Looks beautiful again! I would highly recommend Ivan for any outside cleaning you need done professionally & detailed! Thanks again Ivan 🌞 5+ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ivan’s work quality, professionalism, responsiveness: 6 stars. Cost: 50% lower than competitors. Pre-contract research: Ivan was the one consummate pro. His work quality exceeded all expectations. (n.b., other providers use high-pressure cleaning that can damage gutters and drains and blow harmful algae and mold onto plants, outdoor furniture, etc.) Our roof and walls are clean, and our 30-year-old home and once-algae/mold-covered roof look new.

Ivan did a great job pressure washing our cemented areas. He is an extremely friendly fellow with excellent communication skills. We will call on him again for work in the future. 5/5 stars!

Ivan did an outstanding job on our concrete project. From the initial estimate to the final result, he was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the finished concrete looks clean, smooth, and professionally done. He completed the project on time, kept everything organized, and paid attention to the details. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Ivan to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality concrete work. We are very happy with the results and would definitely hire him again.

Ivan M. was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. His quote was fair and detailed, and he took the time to explain the entire process and what needed to be done before beginning the work. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and he was always responsive to questions. The work was completed as promised, and he made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. I appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. I would highly recommend Ivan to anyone looking for quality work, fair pricing, and clear, effective communication.

Ivan was very professional, friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning years of moss and debris off our roof and solar panels. He also pointed out a few areas on the roof that needed repair. He cleaned up after he was finished and took away all the garbage. We highly recommend Ivan.

Wonderful working with Ivan very polite and professional the service was great I van took the time to place everything back in it’s place .He answered all my questions with kindness.I definitely will use his service for my later need for my backyard Patio later.

Ivan was great- he showed up to give me a quote when he said he would and provided me with a reasonable quote. He explained that certain things in the concrete would not be removed during the service as they were not dirt or stains, but irregularities in the concrete. When we approved his quote, he showed up to do the job when he said he would and did a wonderful job- and let me tell you- the concrete was BAD before he did it. Very grateful for his professionalism and timeliness. You won’t regret hiring Ivan!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to for Ivan. Ivan is professional, responsive, professional, and his quality of work 100%. After contacting him on this platform — he kept me in the loop with cost and details. On the work day he arrived on time and completed the work in detail along with taking detailed pictures. We needed the moss removed and gutters guards added. All work was completed with high quality. I’m so happy I choose Ivan and would choose and refer him again! Thank you Ivan.
