Ivan came out to my house the same day I reached out to him, sent pictures of the roof and a quote along with an explanation of the treatment. In addition to the moss growth/debris on my roof, he noticed that some exposed nails were not properly sealed. He was able to treat the moss, clean the roof, put a preventative solution on, and sealed exposed nails and gaps that could’ve led to leaks and bigger issues the following week. He was super responsive and helpful and the before-and-after pictures show what an incredible job he did, it exceeded my expectations and my roof looks great. He even offered to power wash my driveway and entryway. I would definitely recommend Ivan and would use him again! (I’ve incudes before pictures showing the gross growth and after pictures without)
